As recommended I am trying to fully charge the c425 camera before use with 2amp USB power supply but it only shows on app 85% and 89% on 2 cameras newly purchased. Firmware is latest is this a software bug or camera issue.

  @Wayne-TP problem resolved I left it charging for 24 hours it show now 100%

Do you use the original power adapter and USB cable? How long has the camera been charged?

Hi You can get a solar panel A200 and will charging always to 100% when is sunny outside mine is always 100%!
