Hi,

I have issues to log into the deco app recently. I have been using it for almost 2 years and after a relocation it doesn't work any more. Surprisingly the Mesh Devices M4 works fine with the same old wifis network I used before. Now problem is I'm not able to manage the network as I can't access the app. 
I had sent an email to the support center couple of weeks ago, unfortunately no response yet. If any of you had faced a similar situation and found a way out please share how you did it. Thank you!
