Model: Tapo C220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

I setup the camera to record 360p, but the camera keeps recording 2k QHD.

Switching 360p <-> 2k QHD is visible in live view (app), and the live recordings are saved accordingly. However, recordings saved on SD card are always QHD (also downloaded recordings)

Tapo C220 records cloud videos or SD card videos at the highest quality by default. This cannot be adjusted. The resolution option on the liveview page applies to liveview only, it does not change the resolution of the recorded videos.

It is very dissapointing.

My phone (Moto G84, Android 14) supports only 1080p video hardware decoding. As such, QHD (2k) videos are not playable in Photos App and I cannot share them using WhatsApp.
