Hi, I already confirm my camera settings are set to the highest , so call 2K QHD settings, 30fps. 

Connection wise internet also reset my router double check speed is ok.

firmware are latest.

perhaps that the nature of this TC85 ? because highest is 2k at most not 4k

I not sure but nevertheless thanks. I feel concern is pause the record the image of the person don't look focus . Maybe due to other factors.
