tapo p110 lost data
I have the tapo p110 and I noticed that on January 6, 2025 from 12 am and after, some data recording of total and hourly consumption has been lost.
Also, the operating hours appeared reduced and do not correspond to reality.
Despite this, the 24-hour consumption diagram in the energy tab correctly depicts the operation of the household appliance.
I have a total of 9 sockets and the problem has occurred in 6 of them which are not in the same place (different geographical area), so there is no local network or power supply problem.

And i have this issue today as well. I'm missing data on my 2 P110 outlets. I think these are the same as year ago.
See attached files. I though that issue is solved since this morning all the data from today were there, but then i checked it now, and for yesterday are missing completely and for today there are just few hours (again, in the morning data from midnight today 6.1.2025 were there).
So seems like some agregating job is buggy.

1. The link to your post and your community nickname.
2. Mac address, model, hardware, and firmware version of the problem device. *Take a screenshot of the Device Info page.
How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device
And most importantly, please reproduce the problem and submit a log in the Tapo app for further analysis. For this case, go to visit different pages of the smart plug energy monitoring section, and try to reload the pages.

I submitted issue via email incl. requested docs.
About submitting the log:
I tried according the docs on https://www.tp-link.com/nl/support/faq/4325/ but at step 3, i don't have there the link for Contact technical support. I have there just Was it helpful Yes/No and no link :(. Any suggestions on this?

I have the same issue the last 3 days - everyday at some point it resets the data and start over. I can see the graph , but not the total consumption
I believe it started with the last update as the time frame matches the memmory losses

Please contact support because after my communication they know nothing about this problem and are looking locally thinking that my devices have a problem.

I've sent a ticket also . I noticed the last firmware update was 02.01.2025 , so deffinetely an update issue
No idea if i can roll back to previous build - that will probably solve the issue
