The D130 doorbell was installed a few days ago.

When I play back the video after notification, I get the error  message : "  It looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video. Please try later."

 

I cannot have quick response to the notification.

Please advice.

Only one device is allowed to watch playback video in the Tapo app at the same time. If your doorbell has been shared with others, they might watch the playback when you receive this message.
