Model: Tapo RV30 Plus

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: Unknown not reading device was latest

Machine was working fine. Some distance from router though.

Back to docking station(manually as there are stairs.

Now just nothing. Wont reset.

Had on/off. All off (docking station included).

Away from dock also flashing.

Useless.

Seems to be a problem with RV30 as I found similar threads?

Could you please clarify if the dock button flashes continuously or intermittently? Does the LED indicator change in any way when the device is restarted?

The RV30 robot vacuum might be bricked if the dock light continuously flashes green and doesn't respond to the reset. For this case, you may contact the local TP-Link support team for further assistance.
