Model: Tapo T310   KE100 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.0

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with one of my T310 sensors. The temperature appears to spike randomly and is causing my KE100 TRV to behave strangely. Sometimes it will peak above the target temp for a few seconds and trigger the TRV to close the valve, other times it will drop below the target temp for a few seconds and trigger the TRV to open the valve.

I have four T310 sensors, there only seems to be an issue with one. I have attached screenshots from Home Assistant and the Tapo app. Home Assistant seems to capture the temp spikes whereas the Tapo app does not. I have witnessed the temp change for a few seconds on the TRV in the Kasa app however it is not reflected in the graph.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Please check if there are any new objects near the sensor's ventilation holes that could cause temperature fluctuations. You could also try moving the sensor to a different location, like placing it in a closed drawer, to see if the issue persists.
