Model: Tapo C410  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.23

I have correctly set all settings for the camera to send me notifications both on the Tapo App and on my iphone yet I never recieve any notifications. I have followed all the suggestions to resolve the issue that is available through Tapo but nothing works. I have 2 C410 Security Cameras and neither send me notifications.

Do you mean the app push notification? How about the in-app notification? Check if there is any detection notification in Tapo app's message center. 

 

Make sure your phone is not in Focus mode like Do Not Disturb, Sleep, or Work mode.
