Subject: Issue with Downloading 

 

I am experiencing an issue with downloading from my cameras. Initially, one camera was working fine, but after I cleaned the app, neither camera is downloading properly.

 

Could you please assist with resolving this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try to restart the camera. Re-insert the SD card. 

 

Note: If the app prompts you to re-initialize or format the SD card after your operation, and there are still important videos on the SD card, please use a card reader to back up the SD card to your computer first.

 

When the event list show up again, you can continue to download the video clips to your phone. How to save and download videos from Tapo devices
