D235 power issue - it discharges even when hardwired
I have the problem that the D235 Videodoorbell discharges to Zero even when it´s hardwired. The Supply is a 15V/1.1V Meanwell Switching Power Supply.
The Power-Supply is directly connected to the D235. It detectes automatically the hardwiring and switches to this mode but it draws only a little power an discharges fast. I tried it several times. But it is still the same.
To test the reason I connected it to an AC-transformer and also to an laboratory Powersupply. The supply Voltage is stable. The Maximum power consumption is 60mA. This is shure not enough to charge the battery or to supply the needings for the D235.
After about a day it detectes, the it discharges to fast and deactivates AlwaysOnMode, but it still discharges till 0% an PowerOff.
I am sure the there is no problem with the supply. But i am unsure if it is an Hardware Failure or an Firmware Problem.
Has anyone an idee to solve this. Should I send it back. I think for many users it works, so the problem must be on my side.

Same issue here with my brand new Tapo D235 V1.0 , firmware 1.2.1
Hardwired with a brand new VEMER VN318200 TMC 24/24 power supply (24v AC 24 VA - tested)
In always-on mode the battery drains about 3% / hour, disabling always-on the battery still drains but slowly.
The app teel me it is correctly connected, but it seems it never charge.
I tried to charge at 100% with usb, then reset and reinstall, but unfortunately I didn't solve it :-/
