Hi,

 

I have set the notifications on my T110 for opening and closure.

 

The notifications for opening come through straightaway, but I do not receive any closure notification.

 

i do receive a 'left open for more than a minute' notification which was not selected.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

There are two ways to enable notification for the T110 sensor, please specify which one you use and share a screenshot of the configuration here. We can help to check what might be the problem through your setup.

1. Sensor device's Notification. T110's device notification is configured in the Device Settings page > Notification. This notification notifies the 'open' event only.

2. Through Automation: Create an automation to send an app push notification when the T110 sensor is open, closed, or kept open for a set time.  How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app
