Hi. I bought 3 cameras. 1 TC82 and 2 TC 410. Cameras are on auto mode but they don't switch in night mode. I can do that manually, the infrared vision works, but if i set It on "auto" nothing changes from day to night. What's wrong? Thank you
Your scene is very bright even at night. The camera will not switch to the night mode - infrared mode automatically if there is sufficient lighting.
What's the hardware and firmware version of your camera? Make sure device's firmware is updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
Can you share some camera images when the environment goes dark or when at night? Post the pictures here or send to me privately through a message (upload pictures to the shared album then send a link).
