Two HS100 plugs have been working for 4 years switching lights. within1 hour of each other both disconnected from the wi-fi and won't reconnect. The same network has been in use all of the time.

What's the status of Wi-Fi LED on your smart plug?

 

Try to restart both the smart plug and the router. If the connection cannot be restored, factory the smart plug and reconfigure it.

What's the status of Wi-Fi LED on your smart plug?

 

Try to restart both the smart plug and the router. If the connection cannot be restored, factory the smart plug and reconfigure it.
