  @Anbusuriya 

 

  • Note that only clean water can be added to the water tank, using cleaning agents might corrode the device. Did you add any cleaning agents to the water tank?
  • Please recall whether the robot vacuum or the water tank has ever been dropped.

 

If neither of these situations has occurred, the robot vacuum has this problem under normal use, you may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed warranty for the device.
