camera pan-tilt has reached the maximum extent in this direction. please drag to another direction

As indicated in this message, the camera has reached its maximum rotation angle in the current position, and can no longer turn any further in this direction. If the camera was able to rotate more in this direction, try to use the Pan & Tilt Correction, see if it helps.
