Rv20 plus max updating but has been stuck at 50% updating for 2 days. Can't reset. Any idea on what to do to get it working again please

For the firmware update stuck issue on the Tapo RV20 Max, here is a suggestion that might help:
- Long-press the power button for 5s to turn off the robot vacuum.
- Then long-press power button again for 3s.
- Try to do the firmware update again after the robot vacuum restarts.

Which version is your device updating to? Do you remember what is the current firmware version?

I have the same issue! Did you land on any fix? Cannot soft reset or turn off due to it being stuck in update at 62% from version 1.3.0 Build 250909 Rel.135514, RV30 Max Plus.
