I cant view my tapo D230 doorbell camera playback

Hi, previously i am able to view the playback of my recording in cloud.
But now when I click to playback or download, it is pitch black.
Please assist.
No vpn or whatsoever is on.
I am viewing on my phone apps
And also the detection is v short despite putting my detection area, example, when my neighbour walk pass, there is randomly captured, sometime not even have any detection at all.

Please check the device signal strength on the doorbell. Additionally, check if there are any settings have been applied to the doorbell on the router, for example, limiting the doorbell's network bandwidth. Cloud videos might fail to upload due to weak signal or low network speed.
How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices
Is the video snapshot also nothing and all black? Does this happen to certain cloud videos or all of them?
