Doorbell plays jinglebells continuously on the h200.hub when pressed until hub is unplugged.

A different tone is selected and time duration of 5 seconds but this is ignored.

I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and resetting and updating but nothing works.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Check here. Why Tapo hub constantly ring or play a different ringtone when Tapo doorbell is pressed?

@SB1234 I have exactly the same problem with H200 and D230S1 Since a week ago. No matter what tone, time and volume I set, jingle bells always play loud and for about 30 secs!.. Any solution from TAPO?

@SB1234 I have this problem too! I spent about three hours trying to fix it yesterday after it suddenly changed from a 'normal' ring at some point in the last few days.
