HS210 and HS200 smart switch started flickering all of a sudden
Hi,
I have 3 smart switches connected. HS210 and HS200. It was working fine for the last few years. It started blinking all of a sudden. Tried resetting and restart buttons it didn't work. Initially it started with 1 switch and then it started with the 2nd one as well.
when I press the reset button it keeps blinking. Could you let me know what could be wrong?
there was no power outage/fluctuation and it started behaving weirdly. Could you let me know if anything could be done to get this fixed?
Thanks

Is the smart itself blinking, or the lights it controlled? Does the led indicator on the switch show any abnormal changes?
Try to install the smart switch in another location, to control another light, if the problem persists, it is possible a hardware issue.

A few weeks ago, we had a power outage that lasted about 12 hours. After that day, one of my HS200 switches started blinking—it keeps turning on and off nonstop. I tried resetting and rebooting it, but nothing worked. I also left the switch turned off for several hours and disconnected the Wi-Fi, but the issue persisted.
An electrician came to check it, and he confirmed that the wiring is fine. He suggested the issue might be with the switch itself, possibly damaged due to the extended power outage.
A few days later, another HS200 started doing the same thing. Now I have two switches that don’t work, and I can’t turn the lights on with them.
Its flickering the lights and the switch, after i press several times the switch start flickering the lights, but the seitch keep doing it

This seems like a hardware issue. For such cases, please apply for the warranty service by contacting the retailer or local TP-Link support.
