C410 not powering on

Hi,
I could not access my C410 from the App, the camera didnt seem powered up, no light, ...
So i tried to charge it during an entire night, but nothing happens, tried to reset it as well.
When putting the USB cable on the camera's port there is a fast red blinking light during some seconds and then it disappears.
Any idea ?
Thank you

Was the camera used with the solar panel? Was it placed outdoors?
- Check whether it is a hardware failure issue due to water leakage -- whether the USB port is clean. How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with proper Waterproof Gasket
2. Charge the camera with the provided USB adapter and cable. Try to change another adapter of the same specification if you have one.
3. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the power button for 3s, see if there are changes.
If the camera shows no signs of water damage and remains unresponsive during reboot or reset, it may have a hardware failure. To proceed with the warranty, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.

@JONME I've been having the same issue. Have you been able to troubleshot and find a solution? The worst is the camera is only 3 months old.

Yes, it was placed outdoor with solar panel.
USB port looks quite clean actually.

Yes it was in an outdoor condition.

The camera was connected as per instructions using the rubber gasket and the seal was not broken since the inside of the USB port was clear white as opposed to the exposed area which turned yellow due to weather conditions.

There was no adapter in the box provided with the C410 kit box, only an extender cable.
Could you explain why the camera blinks red rapidly when it's plugged to a USB charger using its own cable?
Is there any way to remove the battery to check if it's faulty?
Thank you.

Press and hold the power button for 3s to turn on the camera. Check if there are changes.
Tapo C410's led indicator will quick flash 3 seconds in amber light when the USB charger is plugged, this is a normal behavior.
There is no USB adapter included if you bought a Tapo C410KIT, which is a camera and solar panel kit. This camera requires a USB adapter in 5V 1A, try to charge the camera with a qualified USB adapter.

@JONME I am having the same issue. It won't turn on, just the orange / red blinking lights when I plug in to charge. My camera disappeared from my app, so I went to power it down and then on again. It seemed to be behaving normally (even with the voice announcing that the camera was powering down), but now it won't turn back on! I know it was at 100% charge before disappearing from the app, but I charged it overnight anyway just to be sure. Nothing. Nada. I have had this camera for one month and now it's a paperweight. So disappointing.

@Wayne-TP this has just happened to my C410 too. Went nuts one night, removed itself from app, now won't charge or boot. All of this instability seems to rotate around the alpha solar charge tracking option. Mine seems bricked, had the solar kit, extra lugs for clean USB-C port but now only flashes orange when power plugged in from wall but won't charge, boot, or reset...
