Hi Team,

 

We have problem with our doorbell when answering doorbell call or trying to talked through the doorbell.

We couldn't get our sounds through the doorbell, but we know that there is no problems with the speaker.

When we press any of the quick response, it able to deliver the message just fine.

But when we tried to talked through the doorbell or answer the doorbell when we get a call from it, there's no sounds coming through our doorbell.

I had allowed mic access through my iphone settings too, so I don't think it's because any of my phone settings.

We could hear anything from the other side just fine through the apps.

Can you please advise how to resolve this problems?

Check the doorbell microphone volume when using the talk or voice call feature.

 

What's the version of your Tapo app? Make sure it is updated. 

 

Try to test this on another mobile device, see if the same problem exists.
