Please check the ringing settings on your doorbell by going to the Doorbell Device Settings page in the Tapo app. Click on Doorbell, then:
- Choose 'Doorbell Ring' to change the settings for the doorbell itself.
- Choose 'Paired Chimes' to configure the settings for the paired chime or Tapo hub when the Tapo doorbell rings.
Why Tapo hub constantly ringing or play a different ringtone when Tapo doorbell is pressed?
