Brand New RV30 Max Plus Front Bumper Error
Took the RV30 out of the box and followed all instructions - when I try to start mapping the vac spins in circles for a few seconds and claims the front bumper is stuck please check.
The bumper does not seem stuck not really sure how to troubleshoot.
Troubleshooting Tips -- Error: Front Bumper Stucked
- Ensure the robot vacuum's firmware is up to date. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
- Turn the robot vacuum over to inspect for any obstructions or foreign objects in the front bumper. If you find any, be sure to remove them.

Manually press the front bumper to see if it rebounds normally. If it doesn't rebound smoothly, apply some lubricant to the green area shown in the image below (if available).
Note: Do not apply lubricant to the cliff sensor, which is indicated in red.

Reach out to the local TP-Link support to seek maintenance service.
