Out of 6 cameras only one will not switch to WiFi back up. I've tried resetting both camera and hub but no matter what I do it still say no hub found

What's the model, hardware, and firmware version of this camera?
To use the wifi backup feature on the Tapo smart hub, the camera firmware should support connection with the hub. And make sure the camera and the hub are both updated. Go to TP-Link download center to check the latest firmware release of your device.
