C500 won’t rotate on the phone

My C500 won't rotate when using the app. When I reboot it , it goes through the whole process fine. Any help?

Make sure the Tapo app and the camera firmware are both updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
Enable the Motion Tracking feature, check if it functions correctly. Do you receive any error messages? Please share a screenshot here.
Test whether the local control works: connect your phone to the local wifi, turn off cellular data and disable VPN, ad-blocker apps and other related apps if any. Then check if the pan&tilt control works correctly.
