 I have added screenshots with timestamps. I have been wide awake for the robo to mop and clean on moderate and turbo modes, respectively, only the kitchen area for the last 1.5hours! Not only it got exhausted of its battery it did not finish the job and while going home it has been dancing like crazy! Going everywhere its so frustrating ugh. Its not even 2 weeks i got this and has been updated to the latest software version.

What's the model of your Tapo robot vacuum?

 

  • Check whether the sensor area is clean.
  • Remove all the plastic protective films if you haven't removed it.
  • Check if the wheels are clean, make sure there is there is no grease or dirt before starting another cleaning task.
  • Remove the mop mount and see how the vacuum perfoms afterward.

The model is RV30 max plus.

Ok i will try what you advised and let you know.

 

fyi, the machine itself is v clean as its just 2 weeks old. I will remove all the plastic on it.

 

i have noticed this issue is persistent when the mopping is set to max. Not even ultra. I have two dogs so i need heavy mopping done everyday. 🤷🏻

 

also hate the fact you need to remove the dirty mop by hand after its done sneeze
