Hello,

I have two Tapo T310 sensors. Since two days ago, one of them has been stuck on the same temperature and humidity readings, which had not happened before.

I tried blowing towards the sensor, as suggested in the manual, but the values did not change. I also performed a reset and re-added the device to my account, but the readings remain unchanged. The other sensor is functioning normally.

I purchased both sensors in February, so they are still under warranty.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any troubleshooting suggestions?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Seems like a hardware failure. You may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.

@J_Leal Same problem here. Did you get it fixed? Sensor is just a couple of weeks over the two years warranty period. Too bad!

@Kermit1910 I returned it and got a refund. It seems like this is a recurrent problem with this product. The second one I got is still working fine.

@J_Leal I encountered the same problem after a few months of use. One of my two Tapo T310 sensors had been showing as disconnected for a while. The other was connecting fine, but was getting stuck at fixed readings for hours or days in a row. I decided to change the batteries of the first one and reset the second one and, after doing so, both of them have been stuck at 60 celsius and 60 % humidity readings for days. After contacting the seller for a fix, they decided to give me a refund as "it is not worth it to ship them to try to get them fixed".
