Tapo RV20 Max Plus Goes Crazy when Mop is installed

Hi I am writing this in relation to an issue with my vaccum. The Vaccum works fine without the mop but goes crazy and all over the place when the mop is installed to it and does not mop as intended. i have gone through all the troubleshooting process mentioned on the website and nothing is working need some help.

- Use a clean and dry mop cloth.
- Check whether the sensor area is clean.
- Check if the wheels are clean, make sure there is there is no grease or dirt before starting another cleaning task.
If the problem still exists, contact local TP-Link support for further assistance. The robot vacuum might require a throughout testing.
