Brand new robot broken on delivery
Just unpacked a brand new Rv30 Plus and LIDAR is not working, fails to even start mapping pass. Loof like the LIDAR will not spin. It's just out of the box, so it's not got any dirt or hair in it.

@Wayne-TP When you ask it to start a mapping run it moves forward a few cm then stops and the app shows 'LIDAR error' When I (carefully) checked whether the LIDAR sensor was free to turn it fels obstructed, and doesn't move freely. As I said this is straight out of the box, it hasn't even started a clean so cannot be blocked with or anything.
