Hallo, leider gelingt es mir trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht, meine Thermostate KE 100 mit den Temperatursensoren Tapo T 315 und Tapo T 310 zu verbinden um die Temperaturkorrektur über die Sensoren zu steuern. Es wird kein Sensor erkannt, obwohl in der Tapo Appmdie Sensoren verbunden sind. Beim Versuch einen Sensor hinzuzufügen bekomme ich folgende Meldung: An diesen Hub ist die maximale Anzahl von Geräten angeschlossen. Bitte wählen Sie einen anderen Hub. Es sind aber lediglich 5 Thermostate verbunden.

Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung?

The sensor can only be added to one hub at a time. You need to delete them in the Tapo app, then re-add them in the Kasa app through KH100 hub's device page.

Try to restart the hub, see if it helps. Do you use the Kasa hub KH100? What's its firmware version?

Can you share a screenshot of the error message here? Has the Tapo sensor been configured in the Tapo app and paired with a Tapo hub? Note that the sensor can only be paired to one hub at a time.

Hallo, die Sensoren sind in der Tapo App mit dem Hub verbunden. Eine Verbindung der Thermostate KE 100 mit der Tapo App gelingt nicht. In der Kasa App erscheint leider der Hub als auch die Sensoren nicht.

 

Ich habe mal ein paar Screenshots gemacht.

Das habe ich schon versucht. Leider erscheint der Sensor nicht in der Kasa App, obwohl er angeblich verbunden wurde. Auch der Hub erscheint nicht in der Kasa App. Ich muss Ihnen jedes mal neu einrichten bei jedem Thermostat und Sensor.

Allerdings erscheint der Sensor trotz löchen in der Tapo App nach Verbindung über die Kasa App wieder in der Tapo App?

Tapo device won't sync to the Kasa app. If the KH100 hub is set up through the Tapo app, and this hub doesn't appear in the Kasa app now, you will need to reset the hub and reconfigure it in the Kasa app. 

 

Besides the sensor, do you have other Tapo devices? If not, you can just stay in the Kasa app.
