Model: Tapo C100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Have successfully connected, last few days noticed no footage logged to the cloud. 

 

Now see it flashing red light and says it is offline. 

 

Have tried unplug and re-plug multiple times as well as resetting wifi router multiple times. 

 

Any help on the next step would be great
