@Joseph-TP  Yes I have updated to 1.2.2 Build 20250424 and it seems to be more stable with Mu-MIMO still off. It has been upgraded for a week now. Next I am going to turn on MU-MIMO and hope for the best. Thanks!

Hi@Iainyeo,

Thanks for your update.

Please feel free to reply here with the test results of enabling MU-MIMO.

@Joseph-TP Just logged in now to say that for the past month or so, things have been generally stable. I may have had some really borderline issues with some 2.4 GHZ Govee devices refusing to join the IoT network but miraculously working with my dual 2.4/5 ghz network instead, but these are much more complicated and involve some things that are difficult to pinpoint as the success sometimes varies with the mobile phone model used. Otherwise, both the 2.4ghz IoT and dual (+ 6gzh) bandwidth SSIDs have not disappeared at all. iPhone 16 Pro Max OpenSpeedTest results clock in regulary within 1,500 - 1,700 mbps for both downstream and upstream tests on a Mac Studio assigned as a server connected to a 10GB wired network.

The firmware version seems stable thus far. Thank you for taking action on this.

Hi@Corpski,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I am glad that the new firmware can keep the network stable and allow you to enjoy a seamless and convenient network experience.
For situations where Govee devices cannot connect to the IoT network, it would be best for you to compare the 24GHz settings of the IoT network with those of the main network.

Of course, it may be an accidental situation with a specific mobile phone. If it does not affect your use, please continue to enjoy the router's network~!

@Joseph-TP I've installed the beta firmware on three units. Will advise if anything comes up. Thank you.

  @Joseph-TP

Since installing the beta firmware on the day you sent the notification, there's been one instance of both of my SSIDs disappearing entirely on one unit. It happened this morning. I am unable to determine what may have been the cause but basically the mixed frequency and 2.4 ghz IoT networks were gone this morning. A simple reboot didn't bring things back online. I had to turn the BE805 off and then on again after 15 seconds or so.

Apart from this, the only thing I've noticed so far is that for OpenSpeedTests, my iPhone 16 Pro Max's download consistently runs at 1,300+ mbps (slower) download, 1,500+ mbps upload (about the same as before).

Hello@Corpski ,

Welcome back.

Are you still using three BE805 units at the same time, keeping the wireless settings consistent, but not creating an EasyMesh network, and the routers are wired?
Is the router with the SSID disappearance problem a specific router unit? Can you try to swap its placement with other router units?

In addition to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, are there other devices that can conduct speed test comparisons? Do their speed test results also show that the download speed is lower than the upload speed?

@Joseph-TP Still the same as before. All three are running on different floors (see reply number 3 of this thread)

It's the same as this:

Ground floor:
SSID is one and the same for 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, 20/40 MHz, 2.4 ghz channel 6 / 5 ghz channel is 40, 20/40/80/160 MHz / 6 ghz channel on Auto, PSC enabled, up to 320 MHz
IoT SSID is different, and only runs on 2.4 ghz.
MLO turned off. Both RX and TX flow control for both Internet and LAN menus are turned off.

2nd floor:
ISP 3 modem --> second BE19000, wireless turned on. same settings as the first BE19000 except 2.4 ghz runs on channel 1, 5 ghz channel is 36. All devices and computers meet together via various TP-Link and Trendnet unmanaged 8-port 10GB switches.

3rd floor:
Wall plate keystone --> third BE19000, wireless turned on, same settings as the first BE19000 except 2.4 ghz runs on channel 11, 5 ghz channel is 44.

No EasyMesh. All running in router mode. SSID disappearance hasn't happened again yet. All routers wired in a 10GBE network. The SSID disappearance happened on the ground floor unit previously.

I'm unable to swap anything, sorry. There are  too many devices and controllers that will get affected (about 80+ Wifi, 150 Zigbee, 40 Thread devices. Redeployment and the potential for reconfiguration would be high and will likely require a substantial amount of time investment to fix).

For high bandwidth speed, there are no other devices that qualify. Apple TVs are wired and the latest generation ones do not exceed 1 gbps in speed. iPads perhaps but the models I have are at least 2 years old. It's really only iPhones that we can test and they're all at or around the 1,200-1350 mbps / 1,200-1500 mbps range. Phones tested are iPhone 16 Pro Max and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Unfortunately I don't have higher end Android mobile phones that we can test.
