Starting today my vacuum was on when it started making this diabolical screeching noise. Only happening occasionally but it is a terrible noise!
I've checked all wheels and the main brush and nothing seems to be obstructing it. What could it be?
When the problem reoccurs, try to remove the main brush, side brush, or the caster wheel, one accessory at a time, and verify if any of these are the reason for this problem. Please record videos when performing the tests, in case it is needed for further analysis.
Check whether the main wheel and caster wheel are tangled.
What type of floor do you have at home?
