I want to install the Tapo app ideally on an Amazon Firestick however it is not in their appstore. If I enable "install from unknown sources", install the Downloader app, does anyone know a safe URL to get the Tapo APK? ..a 2nd, less-preferred choice would be asking the same question using a Chromecast w/ Google TV?

Tapo doesn't have a specific app version tailored for the smart tv. For the Android system, the Tapo app is released through the Google Play Store, you can try to download the Tapo app from there and see if that works on the TV.
