Battery level won't update (TAPO C460)

I have two new C460 Cameras. They were purchased and installed 5 days apart. Both cameras were installed and worked absolutely fine but after a few days 'both' cameras have stopped updating the battery levels. They were both at 100% when it happened. I have attached a screenshot of both cameras so you can see the same has happened to both cameras. Similar has happened to the solar energy output.

If the solar panel is always connected and charging, camera's battery level may remain unchanged. As for the solar energy output data, this can be affected by camera's battery consumption, the data shown on the chart is the actual increase in battery level by solar charging.

Disconnect the solar panel and let the camera run for a day or two, monitor whether the battery level drops. Then reconnect the solar panel, monitor the solar data.

@Wayne-TP How can I tell when the battery has dropped given it has stopped monitoring on both cameras?
