Camera continually goes offline

Hi, I've just got the NC200, but I'm finding that frequently when I try to access it, I get the message that the camera has gone offline.
Turning the router off, then on again, resolves the situation, but obviously I can't do this when I'm away from home.
Is there anything I can do to prevent the camera going offline so often?

Hello...Im from Argentina, I bought 2 tp lin ip cameras and i have the same problem...they work ok for one aprox. and then go offline. I reset them and a tp link extender and go online. I ve a log from one of them, and the unique thing I see is that a change of time

hello...i had the same problem---two camras nc200 frequently goes offline.....i tried everything and notihng happened...one day i turn off a tp link 850 extender that i had installed ....and .....eureca!!!! that was the problem....but i dont know why......

I think the speed of the Internet connection in the place where the camera is installed is not sufficient enough to provide correct work of the device. Please try to lower the resolution of the camera (try to choose the lowest possible resolution), as Primary and Secondary DNS Addresses please use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

lograste solucionar el problema ? yo aparte de tu problema no hay forma de hacerla funcionar en el ispy de forma remota.

I found that for example, in my case, the problem was that i had installed a wifi extender.....tp link....when i turn it off.....proble, solved.....never more had the problem with the cammera going off line
