Windows Laptop WiFi Connectivity Issue

I recently took a fibre deal and got a TP-Link EX511 router from my ISP, however a few days after having no connection issues at all, my laptop and sometimes my mobile phone will be connected to the WiFi network, but I'll have no internet connectivity nor can I access the router web page.
When I disconnect and reconnect to the WiFi network, everything works fine for a few minutes or sometimes longer but eventually the problem reoccurs. My desktop can connect to the internet fine since it's connected via LAN cable.
I've tried rebooting/resetting the router as well as turning off the 5ghz network and only using the 2.4ghz as it seemed that band steering might be the cause of the issue, but nothing seems to have worked.
I've noticed that my phone hasn't had this issue since I did the above, but the laptop still has problems connecting to the internet, even though Windows diagnostics says there's no problem.
Any ideas as to what's causing this?

Could you please do the following test?
At a time when the Windows laptop is successfully able to connect to the Internet and also the webGUI of the EX510 run the command "ipconfig /all" in a cmd window. Note down the output pertaining to the "Wireless LAN adapter ..." of the laptop. (perhaps take a screenshot)
After that verify that the Internet is still working, just so that we are sure it didn't cease to work right before you ran the command.
Then wait until the time has come when the Windows laptop is not able to connect to the Internet or the webGUI of the router. Now run the command "ipconfig /all" again and check whether IPv4 Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, DHCP Server and DNS Servers are still the same as at the time when Internet was working.
Here is a random example of the output of the ipconfig /all command to illustrate what items you are looking for.
