Since April 25, 2025, all TAPO C500 cameras have come back at the beginning of April... If this is an April fool's joke, it's not funny at all... All recordings are ruined, and it's impossible to access recordings after April 02....
All dates displayed, but not clickable
And I don't know what happens to registrations made between the bug and now!
Are they overwritten?
How can I block any attempt to delete them?
I'm worried about my recordings...
I have a beautiful deer grazing!

  @Wayne-TP Back to normal yesteday à noon. All 3 cameras has returned in the présent.

Do you use a microSD card to record videos or have a Tapo Care subscription for cloud videos? Make sure to switch to the correct tab (Cloud/SD card)on the Playback page to check the corresponding videos.

 

During this time, was the camera recording videos normally? Were there videos available before April 25? If you have any pictures from before and after the issues occurred, please share them here.
