When I set camera's ip to static it can't connect to cloud server. I can watch video through local network but not from cloud.

With dynamic IP, we can watch video either through local network or from cloud?
What's the static IP configured on NC200? Can you provide a screenshot?
Have you done any other configuration? Pls describe in details.

SUBNET MASK is 255.255.255.0
default gateway is 192.168.1.1.
I leave primary and secondary dns server blank.
I can watch video through local network but I can't connect to cloud...
