I am getting notifications from my cameras but when I click playback nothingvis recording.
I have rebooted them, unplugged My hub etc with no success.
What could be wrong they are only 17 months old.

*If there are any important videos, please export them to the computer with a card reader before formatting the sd card.
What's the signal strength of the camera? If the signal is too weak, the video might fail to save to the hub. If that's the case, shorten the distance between the camera and the hub. How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices
