WiFi 2.4 not working on archer ax6000

Since the new firmware, I have no more WiFi 2.4 neither as normal WiFi nor guest.

Please install Archer AX6000(EU)_V1_1.3.1 Build 20230731 and downgrade firmware to previous version.
Please refer to How to Upgrade the Firmware to manually update the firmware.

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.
For your issue, please try the following suggestions.
- Hard reset the router correctly:Use a pin to press and hold the reset hole until the LED begins circulating blue to its factory default settings.
- Make sure the 2.4G/5G network is enabled and not hidden.
- Check whether all your devices can't see the TP-LINK WI-FI, if only certain devices, update the driver or system on your wireless client device.

- The "2.4G button" does no exist (or hidden). Only 5G yes/no and smart yes/no.
- No 2,4 visbile by any devices (when smart off).
