I have several Kasa Smart Switches: HS200, HS220, and KS200M.

 

One of the switches, HS200, is not functioning, neither manually nor through the app. The app indicates that it cannot be reached, and when I attempt to reset it manually, it does not respond. I have tried holding the reset button for over a minute, but that did not help. When I press the restart button, it starts an endless cycle of trying to connect to the Wi-Fi.

 

As a last resort, I turned off the breaker, hoping the switch would restart and reconnect, but that also did not work.

 

I contacted technical support by phone, but they couldn't assist me since my device is outside of warranty. 

 

Please advise me on what I can do next.

Double-check whether the correct button is used, press the RESET button, not RESTART. If the smart switch doesn't show any changes when attempting to reset it, then unfortunately, there are no other available methods that help with this issue.
