HS200 doesn't Reset or work manually
I have several Kasa Smart Switches: HS200, HS220, and KS200M.
One of the switches, HS200, is not functioning, neither manually nor through the app. The app indicates that it cannot be reached, and when I attempt to reset it manually, it does not respond. I have tried holding the reset button for over a minute, but that did not help. When I press the restart button, it starts an endless cycle of trying to connect to the Wi-Fi.
As a last resort, I turned off the breaker, hoping the switch would restart and reconnect, but that also did not work.
I contacted technical support by phone, but they couldn't assist me since my device is outside of warranty.
Please advise me on what I can do next.
