Fade not working with schedule

I'm having issues setting my scheduled events to fade on rather than turn on instantly, the steps to reproduce the issue are:
- Go to device
- Go to schedule
- Set an event to 'Fade On' the bulb at a certain time
- Save and go back
- Go back into the scheduled event, bulb will be set to 'Turn On', i.e. instant on, rather than 'Fade On'
If I go in and change it back to 'Fade On', and then save and go back, it will revert to 'Turn On' every time.
I'm having the same issue with 2x L530E bulbs, both updated to the latest firmware.
This seems to be the same issue as https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/177900, just with different bulbs.

This might be a confusion due to the text displayed. Did you check the actual lighting effect? Set a schedule that takes effect in 1-2 mins, monitor how the bulb turns on.

@Wayne-TP yes I've tested by setting it and watching it, it's definitely switching it to instant on instead of fade on, i've narrowed it down to only happening when the light preset it set to 'Auto Match', if I set it to a fixed colour it retains the fade setting.

Can you confirm the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo L530? For the V3, the latest firmware should be 1.1.9.
