Model: Tapo RV20 Mop Plus  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 build 240103 rel 150809

This robot worked fine for a few months. But then weird things start to happen more or less every cycle. Just now when i was to run the daily routine it runs for a minute, then complains that the battery is low and heads back to docking station even if the battery says 99% charge. The docking procedure takes 2-3 minutes, it just going right and left infront of the docking station 10-15 times before docking. I am keeping the robot clean and the sensors also clean both on robot and charging station.

 

Very frustrating when the software has so many bugs... I am at the point of returning this robot if the firmware isnt updated  with bugfixes very soon.

 

Have Tapo cameras, plugs, lights etc. which works fine. The hardware feels fine and of good quality so far but But the software feels very unreliable.

The issues on your device are unusual. Is this a recurring issue every time you initiate a cleaning task, or a one-time incident? Further analysis is required if this is a recurring issue. It's a recurring issue with the charging station changing place and the time it takes to dock every time. 

Battery low problems happend once, and the brushes sometimes stop rotating have happend a few times without getting stuck.
