My hub h200 is inside my home and I would like to protect an external shed with a sensor t110. Is also the t110 ringing when a door is openened (or only the h200 hub which could not be heard )?

The Tapo T110 sensor itself won't ring. By creating an automation rule for the sensor and the hub, you can trigger the hub to ring when the sensor status is changed. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app
For your case, you may consider getting an extra Tapo hub as a ringing device. The sensor can only be paired to one Tapo hub, but you can make it trigger multiple hub rings through automation.
Note that the T110 sensor or the Tapo hub is not waterproof, please make sure proper waterproof measures are taken if you need to install them outdoors.
