Wifi/mobile data
I cant use mobile data to watch ower my house when im gone. I hope this will be resolved quickly or you will loose a lot of customers

Seems to be a server problem, Tapo is at least working on that (unfortunately it seems to take some time). At least there is now an official thread about this mess: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/816036?replyId=1545950&utm_source=Subscription&utm_medium=email
There are many customers who are dependent on mobile access to their cams (f.e. cams at their estate far away from home) and this problem causes a lot of trouble for us people. I need a reliable connection to my cams when I'm away from home and so hopefully they will fix that chaos ASAP!
