D230 Video Doorbell Kit No sound
Hi,
There is no sound from the video doorbell speaker when I answer a call. I can only hear a very faint, muffled sound from the doorbell speaker when I tap hard on my phone’s microphone.
The Tapo app has microphone permissions enabled.
Phone: LG G8x running Android 12.
The issue does not occur on my work iPhone or on my older LG G6 with an earlier version of Android.
Both the app and the doorbell are updated to the latest version, as well as the H200 Hub.
I’ve already tried restarting and resetting, but the problem persists.
