fan side works fine,
The light side works fine from 0 to 90%, but the moment I ask it to go to 95%, it seems to crash.
Can you share more details of this case? For example, Is the switch turning offline in the app? Or the physical on/off control doesn't work either?
What's the led status on the switch when the problem occurs?
So when I bring the light to 95%:
1) The lights turn off immediately,
2) All indicator lights on the switch turn off.
3) nothing changes immediately on the app,
4) About 1 second after the event, the dimmer strip for lights ( on the switch) indicates the 95% (no lights on), this indication stays on for 5 second.
5) about 3 seconds after the lights turn off, the indication LEDs for the fan and the light flash orangy /redish for 2 second (shutting off almost simultaneously with the light strip above).
6) Then the switch turns dark.
7) Only then does the app changes to display the power on button for that light.
What light bulb do you use? Please check its model or provide a link if you purchase them online. How many bulbs does the KS240 control?
