could not find my camera and the qr code i look every where for the code to scan the it could not find my router an could not connect to my internet.i call my internet provider and they told me that every thing was good at there end an my internet was working fine i  like this camere i am 75yrs old and need help to set this up thank yu patsy khan

Please double-check the model of your camera. The A200 is the model of a solar panel, not a camera. 

 

I believe the QR code is for downloading the Tapo app. It is not a necessary step to configure the camera if you have already downloaded the Tapo app through the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) on your phone.

 

You may refer to this guidance to set up your camera. How to set up the Tapo camera 

 

Alternatively, I recommend contacting the local TP-Link support directly through the hotline, they can guide you to do this step by step. Contact TP-Link Support
